Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction with your experience at ShopBriella is everything to us. If you are unhappy, for any reason, with a purchase, we will happily refund or exchange it for you within 30 days, subject to our eligibility criteria below.
To be eligible for a return, you must return your item within 30 days of the original purchase.All returns must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. Jewelry and items marked as accessories are not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In order to initiate a refund, please contact us with details at [email protected] then return the item to the sender address marked on the package, listed below, that you received. Once the item has been received, it will be inspected then if applicable, we will process your refund to the method of purchase within 5 business days. If there is an issue, you will be notified via the contact information you provided upon purchase.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
